Kathmandu, July 30: Minister for Information and Communications Raj Kishor Yadav has said that journalism, like any other sector of the country, is affected by the present political transition.

Speaking at programme on journalists’ code of conduct organized by the Working Women Journalists (WWJ)Nepalin the capital today, Minister Yadav said suggested the journalists, who are regarded as the leading group in the society, not to disseminate news inviting confusions and uncertainties.

He was of the opinion that journalists should rise above communal and partisan interests in fulfilling their duties.
