Kaski, August  7: Vice-President of the Nepali Congress Ram Chandra Paudel has urged on forming a next government by displacing the incumbent government led by the UCPN-Maoist.

At a press meet organized in Kaski today, Paudel said that the Maoist-led government could not take the country to a conclusion. He further said that there is no alternative for parties to going for elections for fresh people’s mandate by displacing the incumbent government.
